I originally met Joe as he was my neighbor for years. Little did I know then what a savior he would be to me. I have crashed my computer twice, never backed up my computer, and he has saved my precious pictures TWICE in the matter of days! Joe is one of the very extremely rare "good people" still left in this world....he is such a blessing!!!!

Who but Joe would spend nearly 6 hours working remotely fixing your sick computer while he was on vacation! That's what he did for me and I am truly grateful. Was listening to a local radio show (Ask Your Neighbor) when a caller was speaking of a Joe Hill (AngelGeeks) and what a nice & knowledgeable person he was. As I was having a plethora of computer problems I gave Joe a call. Although he had another appt. later that day he could come by first. He spent some time on my many problems but he had to leave for his other appt. and would I mind if he took my laptop with him? I had become very comfortable w/ Joe & had no problem with him taking my laptop.
He called me later that evening to let me know he was just heading home but would look at it when he arrived.
He called me the next day (Sat.) with an update (that he felt he was getting it resolved) and brought it back Sunday morning. He again spent time with me showing me different things
and answering questions I had. Besides being a very nice & knowledgeable person, he is patient and will explain, in a language you can understand, questions you might have. AngelGeeks is definitely in my ‘favorites’.

I found AngelGeeks.com through Google and am more than happy! Joe tried to help me with wireless connection issues over the phone for about an hour. He then offered to make a house call (at 9:00 P.M.), arrived promptly and fixed my connection issues AND cleaned up useless "stuff" that took up space and time on my PC. Do not hestitate to call AngelGeeks for solutions to whatever ails your computer. You will be pleased with the service and the extremely fair fee!

I wouldn't trust my computor with anyone but Joe. He knows his computors and changes that go on with them. He makes you feel comfortable asking questions. Im not good with computors and all the computor jargon, and he does't make you feel like an idiot when you ask questions. He always has time for your computors needs. I called Joe when my CPU suddenly showed no signs of life. He had a spare power supply box all ready, and after a little debug getting connections made properly, we were running again. Took less than an hour - Great job !!

After seeing the AngelGeeks.com ad and calling the number, someone was out to our house within about 1-1/2 hours. It wasn't long after he arrived that our computer was up and running like new again. Thought it was going to be expensive and was surprised to find out it wasn't. Will use again if needed and recommend him to others.

Several months later I had another small problem with my printer and he stepped me through it in just minutes over the phone for free. Two other companies were going to charge me fifty dollars just to walk in the door.
